Yapılışı
Çiğ bademi blanderda öğütün.
Kuru kayısı ile tekrar blanderdan geçirin.
Lor peyniri, yumurta, kabartma tozu ve blanderdan yer alan tüm malzemeyi karıştırın.
Elde ettiğiniz hamurdan ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar koparıp içerisine böğürtlen ekleyin ve yuvarlayın.
Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derecelik fırında, 15-20 dakika (üzeri kızarana kadar) pişirin.
Tercihen soğuk tüketin.
