Yapılışı
Enginarların üzerine soğanları, limonu, limon suyunu, zeytinyağını ve suyu da ilave ederek düşük ısıda 35-40 dakika kadar pişirin. Daha sonra dereotunu ekleyin ve yaklaşık 20 dakika daha pişirmeye devam edin. Soğuduktan sonra tekrar dereotu yaprakları ve limon dilimleri ile süsleyerek servis edin.
