Yapılışı
Yer elması, elma, ve soğanı soyup doğrayın.
Doğradığınız meyve ve sebzelere kinoayı da ilave edip, 2 litre suyla yumuşayana kadar (30-35 dakika) pişirin.
Soğuduktan sonra blanderdan geçirin.
Limon suyu, toz zencefil, karabiber ve tuzu ilave edin.
