Yapılışı
Balkabağını temizleyip dilimleyin, haşlayın, suyunu süzün, çatal yardımıyla ezin.
Blanderda önce hurmayı sonra yulaf ezmesini öğütün ve bal kabağına ekleyin.
Dövülmüş cevizi bal kabağına ekleyin. Elinizle ceviz büyüklüğünde toplar yaparak hindistan cevizine bulayın ve yuvarlayın.
Buzdolabında yarım saat bekletip tekrar yuvarlayarak daha düzgün şekil verebilirsiniz.
Buzdolabında 3 saat beklettikten sonra tüketebilirsiniz.
