1 su bardağı süt (200 ml)
1 yemek kaşığı kakao (6 gram)
2 yemek kaşığı bal (24 gram)
1 adet yerli muz (75 gram) (1 porsiyon meyve = 1 adet şeftali veya nektarin)

Yapılışı
İrmiğe süt ekleyerek kısık ateşte pişirin.
Ocağı kapatıp içerisine bal ve kakaoyu ekleyin.
Karışımı 4 küçük kaseye bölüştürün.
Üzerine rondodan geçirilerek püre haline getirilmiş meyveyi ekleyin.
Buzdolabında 3 saat bekletin.
