2 diş sarımsak (4 gram)
4 adet ceviz (24 gram)
2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı (12 gram) 1/2 çay kaşığı tuz
1/2 çay kaşığı karabiber 1/2 çay kaşığı kimyon

Yapılışı
Pancarı patates gibi haşlayın, kabuğunu soyun.
İnce bulguru bir kaba alıp haşladığınız pancarları rendeleyin, üzerine 1 su bardağı sıcak su ilave ederek şişmesini bekleyin.
Maydanoz, nane ve dereotunu doğrayıp ilave edin.
Sarımsakları rendeleyip ekleyin.
4 adet ceviz ufalayıp ekleyin.
1/2 çay kaşığı tuz, karabiber ve kimyon ekleyin.
Son olarak zeytinyağını ekleyin.
