Yapılışı
Kabağı yıkayıp rendeleyin.
Zeytinyağında suyunu çekene kadar pişirin.
Yoğurt, sarımsak ve dereotunu (doğranmış) karıştırıp, soğuduktan sonra kabağın üzerine ilave edin.
Üzerini cevizle süsleyin.
