Yapılışı
Ispanakları temizleyip, doğrayın.
Ananasları önce halka halka, sonra küp küp doğrayın ve ıspanakların içerisine ekleyin.
Aynı kabın içerisine badem, limon (suyu), zeytinyağı, tahin, nar ekşisi, çörek otu ve en son lor peynirini ekleyip harmanlayın.
